Growing from the rich, volcanic soil surrounding Lake Toba, on the island of Sumatra, Singatoba is cultivated with the traditional know-how of the Batak people and offers a unique coffee experience. Its cherries are hand-picked, the pulp is removed and the beans are left to dry naturally. The complex treatment of this Blue Batak Arabica helps to reveal it's refreshing notes of blackcurrent and grapefruit and woody notes reminiscent of liqourice sticks and certain confiers. Intensity: 8
