- 6 capsules of Volluto, Livanto or Decaffeinato (to produce 240 ml/8 fl oz of espresso coffee)
- Half a ripe banana, mashed
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of coconut milk
- 4 ice cubes

Stages:
Prepare your coffee, then mix it with the banana and the brown sugar.
Pour the mixture into a cocktail shaker along with the coconut milk and ice cubes
Wait a few minutes before closing the shaker.
Shake vigorously. Serve in cold cocktail glasses.
Decorate with a small skewer of pineapple and kiwi fruit.
