- 2 capsules of Volluto (to produce 80 ml/3 fl oz of espresso coffee)
- 1 vanilla pod
- 10 ml/0.3 fl oz of liquid cane sugar
- 6 ice cubes |

Stages:
Cut the vanilla pod in two lengthways.
Use the tip of a knife to scrape the small black seeds from the insides of the pod.
Prepare your lungo coffee.
Pour the hot coffee into a shaker, along with the vanilla seeds, liquid cane sugar and ice cubes.
Shake vigorously and serve immediately in chilled, Nespresso small recipe glasses
