- 250 g/½ lb of ripe raspberries or 40 ml/3 tablespoons of ready-prepared raspberry coulis
- 4 capsules of Capriccio or Decaffeinato
(to produce 160 ml/5.5 fl oz of espresso coffee)
- 2 teaspoons /6 g of white caster sugar
- 12 ice cubes |

Stages:
As for the Mango coulis recipe, prepare your coffee and mix with the sugar.
Prepare a puree of the raspberries using a blender and then pass it through
a fine sieve to remove any small seeds.
Set aside about 40 ml/3 tablespoons of the puree.
Proceed in the same way as for the Mango coulis. |
