- 2 capsules of Livanto (to produce 80 ml/3 fl oz of espresso coffee)
- 1 whole star anise
- 1 tablespoon of peach syrup
- 50 ml/2 fl oz of peach yoghurt drink
- 3 to 4 ice cubes
- 3 tablespoons of milk froth (sweetened with 1 teaspoon of peach syrup)
- Praline shavings or chopped nuts for decoration |

Stages:
Prepare your coffee in a large cup.
Add the star anise to the coffee, allow to infuse for 5 minutes, and remove.
Then pour the flavoured coffee into a shaker along with the ice cubes and shake vigorously to cool the mixture.
Add the tablespoon of peach syrup and the peach yoghurt drink to the chilled coffee and shake vigorously again.
Serve in a cold Nespresso recipe glass.
Carefully add the sweetened frothed milk.
Decorate with praline shavings or chopped nuts.
