- 1 capusle of Capriccio, Cosi or Decaffeinato Intenso
- 5 tablespoons of crushed ice
- Sugar to taste

Stages:
Prepare four espressos (4 x 40 ml).
Pour into a shaker and sweeten to taste.
Add five tablespoons of crushed ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to obtain a smooth froth.
Serve your espresso cocktail cold, preferably in a narrow glass. |
