- 1 capsule of Ristretto, Arpeggio or Decaffeinato Intenso
- 40 ml of semi-skimmed or full-fat milk
- Sugar and cocoa powder to taste

Stages:
Fill half a Cappuccino cup with cold, fresh, semi-skimmed milk.
Immerse the frothing attachment into the cup, just below the milk's surface and switch on the steam function.
Move the cup in a circular motion until a thick milk froth forms.
Prepare an espresso directly onto the milk froth in the Cappuccino cup.
Add sugar if desired and sprinkle with cocoa to taste.
