Cinema luminaries get a taste of Nespresso's Grands Crus coffees
At the 2009 Cannes Film Festival, the stars went towards the bar — specifically, the Nespresso Bar inside the Palais des Festivals and outside at the Plage des Palmes. As an "Official Partner" of the 2009 Festival, Nespresso served more than 200,000 cups of coffee in these two locations.You could see Nespresso's dedicated advertising campaign ("Action") at the Nice and Cannes airports as well as at various other locations around Cannes, and you could see Nespresso machines at the Chopard Beach & Lounge, in the office for the Cannes Festival jury members, on the Rotschild Terrace, in the Orange Media Center, on the Majestic, Martini and Moet & Chandon beachfronts, and in many other premium venues.Coffee wasn't the only thing Nespresso served at the Cannes Film Festival. From May 13th to May 24th Nespresso's "Ultimate Events" website came alive with exclusive film footage, photos and commentary, showing you what's on the screens and behind the scenes in Cannes.In the role of industry insider we have Vincent Maraval, head of the Wild Bunch film company, who gave us a rare sneak peak at the films he's presenting.
